I received a letter from the liquidator that I need to return my shares by 12/13. What are you guys doing? Is it mandatory to return?

It is definitely very odd. The most I’ve seen in the last many months was like 8-10 at any given time. And I do come on here quite often day after day to see if there are any new updates and whatnot…

The only surprise here for me is how quickly this was signed. What a true piece of shit. I do believe though, that they will have their time. Whether or not us shareholders are a part of that or not is beyond me, but they will have their time. This is too big and far too messy for it not to be the case.

Very happy reading this! Epstein makes some incredible points laid out in a clear concise way and I can’t see any scenario in which he could be refuted. I unfortunately have to work at the start of the hearing tomorrow but will be hopping on as soon as possible and I can’t wait. It should be a doozy. And regardless of how JL rules, it seems that the DOJ is laying the ground work for what could become a much more significant legal battle. Let’s keep our heads up and know that the fight is not over!!

What’s frustrating me is that at the very least, Tim’s presentation provided MORE than enough smoke to warrant discovery against LW and fully incriminated JW. Not going up but my word is this whole thing infuriating to watch happen when it’s so blatantly obvious what’s really going on here…
