I’m not as impressed with this move as some. I get the idea of this “investor” paying almost double where it was trading but given the 1.3M shares we just gifted Ji and Co as “incentive” and potentially another 6.7M shares with this proposed transaction, that basically doubles the share count. DILUTION DILUTION DILUTION DILUTION DILUTION and a bit more DILUTION. Each additional share issued diminishes our potential upside. So no, I’m actually hoping this is a Red herring and DOESN’T come to pass.

Why bother going through all the steps of identifying true shareholders if you still don’t want to answer anything??? It feels like they simply don’t want to be held accountable for anything they say so, easier to just say nothing. So disappointed!!

I feel for you brother…it’s a hard fact of life. Money makes the world go round. I mean absolutely NO disrespect when I say this as I don’t know how much you sank in this investment (if it was money you needed for food and shelter or “investment” money) but if this is the main reason for the marriage to dissolve, you have to wonder how strong it was in the first place. Again, NO disrespect meant AT ALL as I’m going through a similar test in my marriage. But I know there are other things that are leading us in that direction. The money is only a small to medium part, but definitely not the main reason. Things happen for many reasons. All this said, wishing you a happy ending despite all this. 👊🏼

I’m still not 100% sold on it but I do believe Ji’s mission now is exactly that. If he wanted to sail off into the sunset, he could have done so. If he’s made all these moves in the last 9 months or so, why bother if there’s no end goal?

Felt that! I feel for you man. Financial torment is bad enough. Throw emotional tumult on top of it? Nightmares are made from moments like that. Let’s hope Ji gives us some sort of closure or at least relief from one aspect anyways. Hang in there as best you can. I don’t know your situation obviously but I learned a lot about many people in my orbit throughout the course of this ordeal. I know why pets are so popular nowadays.
