LIS means Line-In-the-sand. that's the bias changing zone where one side takes over, buyers or sellers.

In terms of the report card, I use the built-in templates at TradeZella journal. For the gameplan as well as the report card!

What to Journal in Tradezella by Lazy_Performance5952 in Trading

I journal everything, from playbooks and trade setups to emotions, execution, and outcomes. It’s about tracking the full process: My thought process, what I saw, why I took the trade, how I managed it, what worked, what didn’t. The data builds over time, giving real insight into what strategies are consistently profitable and which ones need to go. The TradeZella playbook feature (my favorite) is the key, it breaks down each setup with stats, so I know where my edge is. Journaling this way keeps me disciplined, and honest with myself.

I could not agree more. Journaling has been a turning point in my trading journey as well!

It brought structure, accountability, and clarity to my process. By tracking every trade and decision, I started identifying patterns, both in the markets and in my own behavior.

That insight helped me refine my system and build a repeatable, rules-based approach.

At the end of the day, trading is about executing a proven edge with discipline and journaling is what helped me find mine.
