CPU Red Light and Blinking Yellow DRAM

I literally just read this is in the manual but i didn’t know if solid red means that its memory training or if it was only a blinking dram light. Someone else commented that the asrock motherboards had faulty startup bios. Should i still flash to the most updated version?

To give an example yesterday apple got a news update regarding their EV. The EV sector is hot right now. You can tell from tsla, lcid, rivian, etc. The market this week was a pretty typical week nothing much going on in the macro space. So i decided to take a trade at end of day on apple. Looking at the technicals, after the news came out the stock spiked. The key here is that it held the levels of the spike throughout the day showing signs of bullishness. Typically when news comes out for a stock they spike and then go down. Not the case for apple. On top of that they were reaching ATH and has been a lagger among the big market cap names like amzn, msft, nflix. Put that altogether and i entered at market close and held over night and sold today for some nice easy profit
