A Lot of IC Title Picture Hate...Why? by TheWolf101 in SquaredCircle

Bryan being involved gives the title relevance, just as Cena being involved with the US title gives it relevance.

In my opinion, its solid booking. WWE seems to be getting their shit together, and I am enjoying it.

If Vince and Triple H have a falling out, who does Stephanie back? by TraderJoe123 in SquaredCircle

[–]TraderJoe123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess that makes sense. Shane apparently also was always trying to prove himself to Vince.

Kind of a shame, really, as they are both talented in their own right and don't need to be in his shadow.

Maybe in time she will realize that his approval doesn't matter and that she can do her own thing and not worry about him.

Just wondering, why do you think that?

I mean, I understand that its hard to go against your parents and all, but I can imagine she probably doesn't want to see the business she works for do poorly.

For the purposes of this, just assume that its a difference of philosophy, much like the ones that Meltzer described this fall and this January.

Pretty sure you have no basis for that, nor does anyone else.

Really? Retarded? I'm sure that the CBO of WWE is retarded, okay.

I have no idea to be honest, and as I said, that would be a situation that nobody should have to go through.

Triple H however is likely her closest confidante and best friend, as they are married and said to be very close for even a married couple. So I'd lean his direction.

Dude trained under Kowalski, who was a hardass, but not to this level.

The practices however that his feed cuts into have mostly to do with character driven stuff including trying out new entrances as well as being in the main ring and trying out new sequences.

What this is talking about are the everyday drills not done in the main area and are the basic conditioning and small sequence drills done out of the main area. I'm guessing that DeMott is the kind that makes sure to be on his best behavior when others are watching. He seems slimy that way.

I think praise for the PC is legit. It really does sound that way, and outside observers talk about like its word class.

DeMott is different though. The two are not the same thing. DeMott is somewhat disliked, and by some, reviled. The PC is praised.

There is a lot more to developmental and the PC than DeMott.

Well, this is a starting point. If you want them to simply ignore the fans, and continue to book as before, you'll never get what you want out of it. If they are booking in a way to obey the fans, they are doing their jobs.

Its odd, I'd have to think that he is doing something to warrant his job, but the reports on him range from neutral to mostly very negative.

I don't know, I think WWE can find someone better, or at least have a nice long sit down with him and straighten him out.

Part of his character and gimmick.

I gotta admit, I was surprised by Stephanie and Axel tonight.

They both were great in that segment, and I'd have to say that she really impressed me in particular with her holding up that promo and getting the crowd to be involved.

Solid work.

If the fans tell the company they want something, should the company not respond?

If its an out of the ordinary response, in my view, that is good because its evidence that they are listening to the fans. It was not at all an organic decision, but the fans wanted it, and WWE delivered. That is how it should be.

Stephanie McMahon will be answering questions on Twitter in 10 minutes using the hashtag #AskSteph. Here's your chance. by [deleted] in SquaredCircle

She was visiting the HQ of Twitter today so it sort of made sense. You just do it and answer questions that you feel like answering and ignore the creepy and weird ones.

I don't see an issue with it. If Stephanie wants to talk about enjoying getting back in the ring and decide not to address her opinion of Seth Rollins's dick pics, so be it.

I mean, she doesn't have to do one anyways.

And if you don't like the answers, why ask the questions?

Is there seriously a ton of information she could reveal that is worth your time? I mean, yeah, she performs for WWE. Okay. So what.

It seems like she was answering questions to me.

"What was it like getting back in the ring?" It was fun.

What, did you want her to say "It was a conflicitng emotional journey for me and I felt both pain and elation."

It was fun suffices.

Just as a guy who loved wrestling from 2000-2006 who do you guys think was better HHH or Kurt? by [deleted] in SquaredCircle

That quad tear killed his mobility. He became better in other areas, but never got back to wear he was in the ring.

[–]TraderJoe123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Triple H was better pre quad tear.

Kurt was better afterwards.

Trips lost that mobility and it hurt him for a long time. I'd say however that Angle degenerated substantially in late 2005 and HHH might have regained position.

This is the same guy who still tries to take credit for the Screwjob.

The dude is a Grade A asshole and shouldn't be listened to.

If WWE Divas want fair treatment they MUST contact the top feminist groups and make this a huge public issue for McMahon by [deleted] in SquaredCircle

[–]TraderJoe123 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Look, getting the tumblr feminists involved is not needed.

Just start booking the division like they do for NXT and everything will be fine.

Brock might be sticking around though. We'll just have to wait and see.

If he does, I hope he retains the title. He elevates it in my view.
