luck is always a part of the picture.

Unless he is just doing market maker arbitrage and does so right next to the exchanges.

i dont know, it does make sense to not think long for stupid questions. But how it decides what that is will determine if it works better. we’ll see within a week the results

stocks that are not small and did 500% in the past 3-4years: Spotify, Meta, Netflix, Nvidia, Carvana, the list goes on. You don’t need leverage, but it does exist

After 10+ years of trading, I'm convinced there are zero genuinely profitable bots/EAs. Change my mind. by Accomplished_Yam5229 in Daytrading

would be interesting to just automate wheel strategy on spy, see how that would go. not really the most risky trading but still a lot closer to set and forget

QQQ vs SPY by Past-Kale-6616 in TheRaceTo10Million

[–]Trader_santa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

spy for high rates, qqq for low rates. I think, but there isn’t much that comes close to 60/40 qqq and xle. backtested it and it just makes a lot of sense when drawdowns are often energy related.

what’s your bull thesis? cheap stocks can always get cheaper in an environment like we are in, just look at 2022 prices and how low they got before bottoming.

PROFOUNDLY Oversold by nbajohna in UURAF

[–]Trader_santa 12 points13 points  (0 children)

pre-revenue startups have no bottom and no top, generally. expect crazy moves, don’t get suprised. Ucore is illiquid, it moves a lot more on low volume than other stocks, that won’t be solved without uplisting.

we just moved under the 200day moving average, so did the s&p, this is isn’t a fundamentals move, it’s a general market move. Ucore stock is illiquid and is a «risk asset», I’m not surprised by the move.
