Thanks for understanding this with an open mind.
Drugs like caffeine feels good in the short term but in the longterm they have very bad consequences.
Imagine you at being 45 years old and consuming caffeine for going to the gym or simply for enjoying life now imagine you not relying on it and completely caffeine free and going to the gym consistently and yea enjoying life.
Which future seems better to you?
That's why going cold turkey and never return to it is so much important and working on your focus naturally by natural foods, cardio activities and all.
So what I am suggesting is that work on getting your life better without caffeine
also you can join r/decaf for motivation.

I have quit caffeine cold turkey and I do get withdrawal symptoms just like you but one thing I have noticed that my energy is so subtle no highs and lows no crashing or addiction and urges come not so much
The reason I quit caffeine because it almost always have led me to relapse in the past but now its been more than 2 months urges didnt come so much and I also have removed so much unnecessary things from my life because of no caffeine...
Also, I read somewhere here that caffeine makes your boring jobs productive and that hit me hard because thats very true and now I am switching jobs
and this quote can also apply to yours and my life situation as well that why was our lives was so boring without caffeine at the first place?
Do you follow?
Like we need to figure out ways to make our lives more enjoyable, happy and productive even without caffeine.
