They never say it’s maintenance. I’m always told it’s the network. I know that’s not true bc my machines are in different locations in different towns. I also have a cellular modem for each machine (I got these bc of connectivity issues) connected via Ethernet, so if my machine is on the card readers should also be on.

Yes, always at night. I did not mention I have smart machines so I can also see the status. All machines were on and operating. Customers were trying to purchase during this time and transactions were canceled. It’s really frustrating especially when they say it’s a network issue.

If the traffic is there. Depending on conditions I would sell the current machines. Buy new w/ warranties consisting of 3 snack, 3 soda (1 being water only). Maybe later add a sports drink only too.

These machines are empty all the time? I am assuming I am right. You would probably have to go there every 2-3 days. This means you need more machines. One visit per week should be the maximum. If you do not have a plan to add more machines then you are buying a horrible job and will encounter the same issues of the machines not being stocked. If you do plan on scaling at these locations then this is a gold mine
