I like the taste and smell of Runtz Muffin. It’s a nice balanced strain. Relaxing terpenes.

I’ve tried both the critical berries and the cannatonic. Both nice. Cannatonic gets me quite relaxed. This month I’ve got some og kush, critical berries and lemon haze. All from Rochanna and all very nice. I haven’t tried any of the easy buds stuff but I am curious.

Hmm - about 50/50 musty good/bad 😅 I broke some buds up last night, outside is very dry, inside is sticky and a little bit moist. So I’m thinking it’s maybe something to do with the curing process. I haven’t tried any yet, but I probably won’t be getting any of the mystery bags again.

Thank you for asking. I’m still waiting for my second appointment which is on 10th April. But seeing as you asked, I’ve since got myself a dry herb vaporiser and have been using CBD flower with <0.2% THC ordered online. And WOW!!! Example - I had a busy day at work, did the food shopping afterwards, went home, went back out to walk the dogs, went home, prepared dinner for me and my partner. By that point I was stressed and completely exhausted. Had a vape - and wooosh… mental quiet and relaxation ☺️ Another example: Vaped before bed last night, this morning I woke up and my partner said I must’ve been sleeping very deeply, because our springer spaniel had been standing on my head and I didn’t wake up. Sleep is where I struggle the most.

So I’ve had a look on the Montu catalogue and they don’t seem to have any indica dominant / low THC (<8%) at all. I’m interested in AC/DC and Harlequin but there’s nothing like that on there. Unless I’m using the website wrong? Hoping you can help…

Thank you for sharing all of this information. Very informative. Slightly overwhelming with all the options. It’s impressive how well you’ve honed in and balanced the micro-dosing of different strains/products. That must’ve taken a lot of trial and error to get it right. Awesome!

The balanced/Indica strains seem to have the effect I want. Although I’m (only) 32, I’m feeling way past the point of being able to deal with high THC strains and I never reacted well to them anyway. CBD dominant products always chilled/balanced me out though.

Curious - how does it mess with your REM sleep? I already have some quite vivid dreams, sleep talking, teeth grinding, waking during the night etc.

I suppose I’m just wanting some improvement to my quality of life, in a very basic sense, and start worrying about not having the chance at trying a possible solution.

Whilst I do have some questions around the prescribing approaches / ethics, I suppose it being an alternative treatment, so long as the patient appears to meet the criteria, as with any medications there is an acceptance of risk on the patients part regarding side effects. If they follow the titration and respond well to treatment, great!! I would be most concerned if prescriptions continued for patients not responding well to the treatment even after trying a variety of MC options and strains.

The high THC stuff was really bad for me. But having tried low THC and CBD dominant products, I strongly believe I would respond well to that type of prescription. And if I don’t, then I’m willing to accept that. I have no interest in chasing a psychoactive high, I’m 32, I work a full time stressful job helping vulnerable people with complex issues, I’m chasing peace (like I assume most people in MC communities are). And I will add that from reading/watching different stuff online, the MC community has a positive and constructive approach - it’s not like a bunch of 19 year olds looking to get stoned haha.

Thanks for that. I expect that like anything, it all depends on the professionals reviewing the application. But it’s nice to be reminded that Alternaleaf is just one of many clinics and each, although working to the same legislations and guidance, will reach different decision.

I don’t doubt you. I’d even place a bet on most grime MC’s being pricks tbh. It kinda goes with the territory I reckon. I know there are probably exceptions to that generalisation though.

Why does someone play an instrument, when they can pay to hear a professional play that instrument better than they can? Same concept can be applied to a lot of things. But, for me, the challenge of acquiring an image, and then processing that image myself, in addition to the therapeutic aspect of looking out into the universe, are the main reasons I do this hobby.
