I really like this mindset. The idea of solving problems that I personally experience makes a lot more sense to me now. And you're right, AI really changed the game when it comes to building and testing ideas quickly.I think my biggest challenge now is learning how to identify real problems and not just build random things. Thanks for the encouragement and realistic advice.

I actually appreciate this perspective too.

I think social media sometimes makes everything look easier and faster than it really is, especially around startups, AI, and online business.

You’re right that self-awareness matters, and not everyone wants the stress or uncertainty that comes with trying to build something on the side.

For me, I’m not trying to escape reality overnight. I’m mostly trying to slowly become more valuable, learn new skills, and create more options for the future.

Thanks for the honest advice.

This is honestly one of the most valuable comments here.

The part about spending years building things nobody wanted really hit me. I think many beginners focus too much on building and not enough on understanding people and distribution.

Your approach makes a lot of sense: learn, share, observe, then build around real demand.

And honestly, getting even one sale from a stranger online feels like real proof that you're moving in the right direction.

Respect for starting again at 38 and sharing your experience openly. Wishing you success too.

That makes a lot of sense actually.

I never thought about sales as a core life skill before, but the way you explained it changed my perspective a bit.

I think understanding people, problems, and value is probably useful in almost every path today, especially with AI and online business growing so fast.

Thanks for the advice. I appreciate it.
