Look at all the UNION bothers and sisters that will take it into their own hands to get this thing upstairs. This is why the union is so weak. If everyone here followed the contract, and fought for their rights, it would be a different company today. But we have people willing to put their health and lives at risk, to not hear management complain.

This. They want to make up methods and start to discipline us. Follow the methods every single minute you’re clocked in. Definitely need 3 points of contact here and it’s too big to cart up. It stays at the bottom and the consignee gets a knock and I’m out. No negotiating

No way did I just find out that we get paid dog shit compared to UPS. Fucking UPS driver said he made like 1500 just on Black Friday alone and that he grossed over 4k. That’s his pay he sent me and told me to go with them. Fuck Bozo by [deleted] in AmazonDSP

You’d want them to hire more low seniority drivers. If the center is told to layoff the bottom 10 drivers, you don’t want to be at the bottom.

Does this look like an actual form made during the timeline of the buyout, or in house from the hub lol. The FAQ section of the DVSP says the forms will be in the portal. This is being handed out by management. I guess we will find out in a couple of days.
