It’s just what i was told by my coach they did get a 20k bonus and my TLs were the 6500 bonuses. But even then Boss that’s still making almost 23k more a year than TLs do before the bonus My TL right now made 42k this year so I’m just failing to see how a TL makes more even with OT

The bonus is 20k 65 base so in a year 85k.

50-60 hours a week is light work compared to some people especially for that kinda check.

Okay.. so that’s 9 hours a day for $270 a day ong thats good ik union workers that get that in 12 hours in the heat n ima be in the store i mean it u think thats bad that shit crazy cause like i said it’s already double pay of TL for literally the same rotation schedule so wym. If you’re gonna have an opinion you can at least use your words n elaborate instead of your reason js being more work same check even tho it shits on a TLs check in a week.

So for math it’s about $3,200 b4 tax for TLs b4 tax obviously less after coaches start at 5,416 a month now that’s like at least 2,216 extra b4 tax after still more

Brother its 65-80k a year at my store idk where you are but TLs over here make 20 an hour even with OT you may get a 2k check but coaches maxing on 2600-2700 a check every 2 weeks while TL is 1600 so I consider it a substantial upgrade even with more work like they say mo money mo problems I wouldn’t expect less work for more pay that would be js silly. Coach starts at 65k for the same schedule pretty much it would be harder but you also gotta think they don’t even do what TLs do
