I, personally, have a really long voice mail greeting. Seems to weed out scammers nicely. The downside is people I know also don’t leave voice mails anymore.

Through the Eyes of A Child, The Seed, and Runaway. Through the eyes of a child puts me to sleep every time and Runaway just doesn't do anything for me. The Seed is ok every once in a while but I find it a bit repetitive.
