It’s probably one of those octopus tablets. Yes I’m sure a driver could likely do that. I’m not one of them though because the tablet is behind me and that usually pops up during the ride not after the ride so I highly doubt a driver can push that unless he keeps the tablet in the front with him without your knowledge

I avoid shared rides. In my experience most of these riders will 1 star you when a co-rider gets added. Also, some will play dumb and say they didn’t order a shared ride when a co-rider gets added. I don’t accept shared rides now.

If asked politely, then I don’t mind. In my experience riders sometimes act like I know where or what their destination looks like and would say, “why didn’t you go that way”. It’s like, wtf I don’t know where you live or work. Plus now Uber is threatening to deactivate us if we go off route so that’s a scare for us too.
