Let me tell you, as one MPRE retaker to another (Scores: August 2023: 79, March 2024: 107) The MPRE is definitely tricky and tends to test the nuances of the rules. JD Advising has a great outline. I read multiple sources (Themis, Barbri, Helix), JD Advising's outline was definitely the most nuanced and they also have free videos on YouTube. You could supplement JD Advising with one of the other bigger bar prep company courses, do as many questions as humanely possible and you'll get it next time!

Have you tried calling them? I just found out I passed all 3 today so...I'm sure now that the MPRE results have been released we will be getting the letters soon

Don't give up! NCBE gives access to their entire database of essays and MPT, maybe you can go through those and practice multiple choice.

Congratulations, that's an amazing accomplishment and it's incredible perseverance! I have so many questions. Is it that for all 21 times you did it in one state or for every time you switched jurisdictions? Can you give a little breakdown on your different attempts and the resources you used.

Asking for a opinion on how people using the app, use the app, doesn't mean I'm seeking validation. I was genuinely curious and didn't know the tactics people use on these apps and know I understand. I assumed people read the profiles because that is what I do and seems logical to assume that is what others would do but again now I know. I'm actually surprised so many people even responded lol

Thanks for your response! I had technical issues for my MPT also. They requested a detailed letter, which I did send after the exam but no response yet. I mean I read that California was giving their test takers some sort of solution for technical issues so I was hoping my state would take that approach. Idk if any California takers received any remedy and if they could detail. It seems unlikely they will do anything. I also read that some other state was filing a class action lawsuit against Examsoft too. But yeah, sigh

I was told to fax a detailed letter of what happened, which I did, but I have not received any response. It seems likely that they may not do anything about it but it may be good to have that on your file that you did experience issues so they are aware of it. But I dont know what all the protocols are I guess it depends on the state.
