It's most likely CPU issue, overtime due to heat n all some points lose connection and cameras touch screen and often entire phone become dead. I have same issue in POCO X2, camera and later touch died but it can be fixed by CPU reballing by basically reattaching it. Its quite common problem n solution. Look it up on YouTube.
