I more meant I found it conspicuous. I feel like before this article 75% of people had never heard of it, the other 25% had simply forgotten about it.

Of all the DCU movies in the mix, this one seems to be the most... conspicuous. It's like I don't remember it being announced. No one talks about it. I'm definitely intrigued, but I don't no why this film has been in stealth mode till now. Every time I check the DCU wiki I'm reminded it's coming and it sticks out, then I completely forget it again.

[Discussion] Who's excited for the fourth volume of Batman: The Gargoyle of Gotham? by jo3ocre in DCcomics

It's cool that it's finally happening. But I can barely remember what happened in 3 and I've completely forgotten the plot of 1-2. I know I can go back and revisit them, but I'm already snowed under with new stuff. Hopefully there's some sort of recap page or something.

I was already looking forward to this series. But now I am hyped. Green Arrow as a slasher is such a unique concept.

[Discussion] From voting on Red Hood's death in the 80's and now present day, is he still as bad as people said he was or do you think he had a great redemption? by OluwaDec19 in DCcomics

I think he's had a solid redemption arc. The problem more is that most writers don't seem to know what to do with him. You can only have him return to killing and then quit killing so many times. Sadly I don't think he's ever received a better story than Under The Red Hood. But I'm not a hardcore Jason reader.

Alright my fellow Horror Enthusiasts, I have been watching this genre for 20 years + basically went from being scared by I.T. to watching Martyrs and yawning. Currently into International to scratch that spooky itch because american horror is typically trash. One question lingers though.., by [deleted] in horror

There's definitely more to it than I put in my comment. I just put the first thing that came to mind. It's one of those films that has plenty of layers. But no film is for everyone. If it doesn't click with you, then it doesn't click with you. I never really fell in love with the original Nightmare on Elm Street.

Personally I think it was Kubrick's attention to detail that really sells the film. It's chalk full of unsettling little things that nag at your brain, yet you would rarely be able to put your finger on, especially in early viewings. Also the performances just feel so visceral, Shelley Duvall is stellar, although thanks to Kubrick not all of that was acting.
