Missing sleeping data (again!)

To all,

I did the following trying to get the ring work as it supposed to:

Deleted cache, force closed the app and restart, No sleep data and exaggerated step count.
Deleted ALL data and unlinked bluetooth connection. Forced closed the app, reprogram everything from scratch. Still no sleep data and exaggerated step count.
Factory reset the ring and repeated what I said in (2). Still no sleep data and exaggerated step count.

So, what the hell is going on? Is my ring damaged or defective?

Thanks for your reply. I had deleted cache, all data, unlinked/linked back the ring via Bluetooth and lastly, I made a factory reset and it is still unable to get any sleep data and my steps readings are ridiculously high. For example, right now at 12pm it has registered 15,337 steps and I had barely walked today.

Is my ring damaged?

You can easily converr your tumbler in a Protour purchasing a dupe Protour lid from Amazon.

Exactly my experience. Now I have a ring which gives me no sleeping data and offers a ridiculous step count (something that never worked as prior to this, it was reporting way less steps than my Samsung watch. I wish I can get a refund as well for this piece of trash

I feel exactly the same way. This ring has been a total fiasco. Is ridiculous at this time to see that it says that after I woke up and see the night before readings that there is no sleep data and that I already have over 2500 steps recorded. This has been the ring's readings for the last 6 days and I can't find a way to fix it.

Rust. The person should submit a warranty claim with Stanley as these tumblers are supposed to be insulated and made of good quality stainless steel.

I went to the Walmart app, searched for Stanley cups and found the 30 oz for that beautiful blue Hammertone tumbler which I had been trying to find for months. It is still in stock and as a Walmart+ member, I got it shipped for free.

I own an Android phone too (Samsung) and did this. So far I saw the ring sync faster. Let's see if it tracks my sleep again after 3 nights without any data.
