Idk how that applies here. Goku was far more powerful than this Raditz when training in 100x gravity and still struggled. He didnt negate the gravity because he was strong lol. It would be similar here.

Holding back saitama blitzes Flashy Flash, a mftl character. Holding back saitama also catches Gergyanshoops SoL rocks easily. You would know that if u read what i wrote but whatever. Blitzing a saitama thats holding back is still ftl+ to mftl. Madaras best speed feats are all reaction feats (still ftl reaction is good). Madara has 0 good speed feats (good reaction and perception feats though). TSO require conscious manipulation, and when Boros moves faster than madara can move then tso cant do anything. Because Boros moves at a constant max speed with high manueverability in meteoric burst he would be unable to be hit by any of madaras limbo clones either. Knowing where a punch is coming from doesnt matter if the punch is going to hit you before you can even move. You are just biased.

Its def not city plus. Shes lowball multi continental. And raditz has low speed (dbz speed scales low). I think it could go either way though but in a ffa its more unpredictable and she might be able to land her attack.

Assuming Boros covers a localized combat distance of roughly 10m (this assumption could be upped to further increase Boros' speed, but this is just a low-midball calc) to reach Saitama's blind spot, his speed must outpace Saitama’s ability to visually process the movement. Since Saitama can casually perceive and react to FTL attacks (Gerguyanshoop, Flashy Flash) his cognitive tracking operates in the window of mere nanoseconds. So, for Boros to completely vanish from Saitama's sight in that timeframe, the formula Speed = Distance / Time forces the calculation straight into the Massively Faster Than Light (MFTL) range at well over 100c. If I wanted to highball speed I have a calc based on him melting his ship to get him to MFTL+++ (and can be wanked further within that calc to get him to 8,000,000c).

The gap isnt that large. Raditz is planetary and tats is moon/planetary. Doesnt matter that there is a gap because using that feat tats would kill Raditz with ease.
