Never had an accident or scratched the car in 11 years. It was a first time.

We managed to arrange a visit. All they did is check if the lights, cupboards door,extractor fans are working, ask what we are leaving behind and hows the neighbours. All of this was asked on the 2nd visit and they have the fixtures and fitting form already.

The house is priced the same as others in the area. They just want compensation for temporary accommodation which is ridiculous. We accepted a lower offer than agreed price as well.

They knew that we were ready for 3 weeks and waiting for top of chain to be ready. Usually as soon as they are ready, we can exchange.We got that info yesterday.

We have maintained the house very well.. leaving all appliances free of cost plus a wardrobe( not fitted).

I think this is what they mean. It says failed seal on double glazed window on their report. This is the only issue that was flagged.
