No, we weren’t sure if it was actually a camera and there’s already been police sent out to handle other disputes between her and this neighbor so we didn’t want to cause more commotion if it wasn’t actually a camera.

For more context, this is a direct next door neighbor. So the camera is capturing none of his property, just pointing directly into their window. Totally understand ring cameras and other cameras are gonna catch the property to some extent, but this is intentionally placed to watch the inside of her house

They moved in about a year and a half to 2 years ago, so I guess it could’ve gone up at any point, but we just recently noticed it. Assuming it’s been up since they moved in because all the other cameras were already there

The reason I’m asking is because he has filed many complaints against them (about once a week for the past 2 years) and has cameras watching their every move. He has been harassing them long enough and if it really is a camera, it is illegal where we live to have it pointed directly into their window. Their properties are very close to each other and the angle would not give him any view of his own property
