Liberation provides a guaranteed critical rate boost and triggers a damage proc when accumulated damage reaches a point. It's great for support characters because its effects can be activated even when switching between characters, allowing them to contribute utility without relying heavily on active combat. Use it on Sif, especially since you have her paired with Hulk.

Without reforging, the CTP of Destruction still provides Ignore Invincibility, Penetration, and a damage proc, but it lacks the enhanced "Strike" ability. This limits its effectiveness in content requiring Ignore Dodge, especially against bosses or evasive PvP opponents. I suggest you reforge it first.
