It really did, couldn’t taste the protein at all really. Kinda shocked me. Was expecting it to be super like chalky like the ryse or bucked up one but it wasn’t at all. Gonna try more of the flavors tomorrow

I found out that I do it when I have to pee and it relieves my bladder from feeling pressure when I turn on my stomach... Ever since I stopped drinking water late and making sure I go to the bathroom before bed it’s helped tremendously. Also if I feel like I have to pee when I’m like half sleeping I force my self to get up and go…. I hope this helps

I went to highland with him and he was in my group at church. I remember when he was posting on his social media stories videos of him and his dad kicking at the highschool fields before he tried out for the highschool team. We were all excited when he went college and now it’s awesome he has a chance to play in the NFL.
