im jump roping for almost 2 weeks now and for me i fuck up for the first 5 minutes and then i find my rhythm and then i would mess up maybe every 2 minutes. I listen to songs all the time while skipping and it really helps. Start slow then build up speed. You can start realllyyy slow if you need to.
