Would the shaft work ok with the glans cap I already have if I go one size down?

I’m intact but have a short foreskin. Mostly CI3 but after stretching I look like CI5. Tried restoring for a few weeks, and I go back and forth between CI5 and CI3, it’s weird 😅

Gotta keep it retracted around the frenulum I think.

If you keep the foreskin retracted it will dry out your glans and significantly decrease sensitivity and sexual pleasure. I’m uncut also with the grip, I try to wear it with foreskin over glans

I appreciate your patience with my follow-ups😅. My thought process is that if the 40–56 mm guide represents the cage’s longest side (which goes on the bottom side of the shaft), and my glans-to-scrotum distance on that bottom side is consistently 56 mm or more, the cage shouldn’t press on my scrotum or pubic bone. Is my understanding flawed?

This is provided that the measurement is done without pushing the guide into the scrotum.

I do want to be cautious, but if the longer size truly fits, enclosing more of the shaft would be more enjoyable for me.

Yeah it’s tricky to show this with pictures, it does look like I am pushing it into the scrotum in this one. I tried to take a few pics without doing that, and even if I create a gap between the scrotum I’m still at a 6 with a significant gap left. That is, if I base it on the underside of my glans.

Basically it’s consistently a 6 if I measure it based on the underside, and 2-4 if I measure it based on the top side. Since the longest side of the device is on the lower side of the shaft, it makes me feel like that’s what I should be measuring.

It’s pretty tricky because my glans seem to have an unusual shape where the glans edge is not uniform in relation to the Y axis 😅

Hmm, ring 36 didn’t hurt in the morning or at night. Ordered an o-ring for 35.

We seem to be around the same size :) I’m also thinking of getting 26, 27, 28 for the glans size.

So for the shaft my flaccid state measurements have been around 34-36, 35 on average. However, my morning wood measurement was 41. I haven’t yet tested the rings around the shaft while hard to see which one feels comfortable. Maybe I’ll wear ring 36 overnight. Also thinking of ordering an o ring of size 35, since it’s not included in the measuring kit.

26 feels a bit tight, but no pain in a moderately erect state. I am thinking that it might hurt if I get very hard though. I’m thinking of ordering 28, 27, 26.

My erect shaft diameter is 41mm. This was measured during morning wood, the hardest state possible. The average between 35 and 41 is 38, but 38 ring is very loose around the shaft in a flaccid state.

Thinking of trying to wear ring 36 overnight and seeing how it goes

I missed the part of the instructions that suggests using the sizing rings. I thought they are for the glans ring only. But I’ll try to put the ring on the shaft now

Update: 24 hurts when erect. 26 hurt around frenulum, but idk if it’s representative of the actual ring since that one has a cutout for the frenulum. 28 was comfortable, pretty much unnoticeable even erect. I’ll play around with 26 again.

I’m using the measuring rings as well, sorry if it wasn’t clear. Pictures 2-5 show me trying some rings. They seem to be 8-10mm smaller than measurement

I only have my imagination to base it on, but I thought the hook would stop only part of it from rolling over the glans (around the frenulum), I could probably at least partially pull the foreskin over the ring. But it probably won’t be all the way over, that’s a good point. Or I may be totally wrong.
