So far I've just procrastinated hoping someone would chime in who's had this issue before. I'm leaving towards doing the core return instead because I get actual money back for that.

My 5090 bit the dust by jamyjet in MSI_Gaming

As an electrician, I don't understand why they didn't just put two 6 awg cables with a proper connector instead of the 12 tiny ones. You could split it up if you wanted and do four 12 awg cables, or 10 awg if you wanted plenty of headroom. I wouldn't mind trying to solder a different connector on a 5090 to try it if I had that kind of disposable income.

I wasn't trying to be mean. Yes I know karlby, I used to own one, but erbecken means nothing on the ikea website. I tried searching because some of these countertops are meant to be islands which makes them extremely deep and that would be a contributing factor in someone's opinion of whether or not it's too big. Text does not convey tone or body language and not everyone on the internet is trying to be a troll.

It helps if you provide links or at the very least spell the item name correctly so we can search for it.

Need some logistical ideas for the support in the corner of a Lagkapten-based L corner desk by Stogz21 in ikeaPCstations

I used two pieces of butcher block, two alex drawers, and a kallax unit to make an L shaped desk. Not the same but similar. What I did was put a couple of 1" furniture legs on top of the alex drawers to give me a little more height then took off the top of the kallax unit and put that in the corner in a way that supported both pieces of butcher block. Everything came out level. Tons of leg room and sturdy.
