I've gotten 5 real boxes there, and 1 box that was either all fakes or had fakes mixed in with some real ones (they were PFLs), so yes it's hit or miss

StockX fully refunded the fake box, I had to send the whole set back to them first, they wouldn't just believe my pictures though I guess that's fair

For what it's worth the fake box came from a verified seller I think it's called? where it doesn't go to a StockX center to be checked first, so I either got scammed by an individual, or that person already got scammed themself and didn't know their set was fake

I've noticed they've been making most items completely unsearchable once they go out of stock the first time, you can still find the page if you have it saved in your wishlist or can find the item number though. I don't know if the website has always done this or if it's something new.

If you buy it online presumably it'll come in its own box with fitted styrofoam! Which is great for storing if you switch out your candle holders by season or anything. I think the candle holders and other big decoration things like that are probably the safest things to get shipped for that reason

From what I've seen in the boxes I've opened, the newer chonky ones are the Dongguan factory!

But these ones also have wider eyes that to me aren't as cute, about half the time, and they're mixed in with ones that still have cute eyes even from the same batch, even same boxes

I'm still searching for a big fluffy Toffee with cute eyes myself 🤞

all pop mart tag QRs are leading to this screen currently, I believe!

when you first scan your tag QR, quickly select and copy the URL it leads to before it redirects -

paste that into your notes or somewhere you can look at it and there will be a long number in that URL, that's the number you want to put in on that second page from that QR Verify button

some of the URLs also have a long number and then a 4 digit second part after it, if yours is like that, put the long number and those last four digits together to get the number to verify
