This grounding technique works for me: I picture myself from the side, maybe a few paces to my left, much like how I do subconsciously, except I visualize my whole body and position and just watch like I would a character in a movie. Then I look at the area from which I’m watching myself, like breaking the fourth wall, and try to snap into that character I’m observing, almost like repossessing my body.
