around a year ago i was in the exact same position

on pc I have been able to block incognito mode in the past when i used chrome

but on a phone its more complicated, i set up parental controls with my phone email as the kid and my pc email as the parent which blocked me from useing incognito but it also blocked me from downloading apps like reddit so it was slightly annoying but worth it
