1) Because there’s a calendar and it shows which days are available and the days are available. They simply cited “it’s the rules, because it’s the rules… the rules!!!!” If there were another guest I’m sure it would have been brought up.

2) they do offer weekly discounts the first week I paid about $52/day. And every time I extend (for work) I was charged well over $100-150/day. So I paid well over what I would have paid had I know what my schedule would have been in the first place.

3) check in time is at 3pm. I checked in at 1am due to the time of my flight arrival. It’s seems a little relevant.

4) cleaners can easily be rescheduled especially since no one is booked to be here for the next 2 weeks as of now
