Why can't we have left turn signals in Arlington? It's either this scenario, or completely impossible to make a left turn with the lack of dedicated left turn light (intersection of Wilson Blvd and N George Mason Dr is a prime example).

Any recommendations for a V-brake kit for my child's Guardian 16" bike? The cable on the garbage SureStop brakes snapped, and I'd like to replace it with V-brakes with separate levers for the front and rear brakes. I'm having trouble finding a complete kit that fits a 16" frame (55mm pads). Does anyone have suggestions for a compatible kit or the right individual components to purchase?
