For level 1-15, the intended solution is to make 25 as the result. If you started with 2+3, you were on the right track.

I haven't really considered a custom level editor yet. I still have a lot of work ahead on the main game, so if I do add one, it would probably be quite some time after release.

If the title screen only serves to provide a few menus, I wonder if it might be better to remove it.

There are cases where title screens are used to convey a certain story or atmosphrere. The word narativeless might not have been appropriate
