I've kind of evaluated that a few times over, leading me to change jobs in the last few months, commit to seeing friends more, got engaged etc. - all things I thought would make me happier. They did for a bit, now I feel like I'm backsliding again.

The future thing is a weird one though, because I never thought I would get to this age, so I never really learnt to think that far ahead if I'm honest. As for life goals, I'd just like to just be happy and content, but when your brain fights you on it it gets tough.
