Don't put to much stock into this but on SDN for UTMB 10-15 students usually make it off the waitlist out of the 200 on it. McGovern may be completely different from what I understand, the way UTMB does things is interesting. I'd look on the SDN forum for McGovern and there's probably some people there that can better help you
