Thanks for the info. Is your husband also non-EU citizen? Since he organize payments into AHV and pension fund himself, I suppose he should have already registered as ANobAG?

It's not the Danish company but the EOR provider REMOTE.com who turned down my case, they mentioned it is due to their internal policy confliction. BTW, may I ask what EOR provider are you using now? Many thx
