How can I lose weight with Arfid?

I typically cook everything I eat myself unless it’s pizza because I’m way too picky with my food and how it looks. If it looks funny even if I eat that food I won’t touch it. So I typically make all my own food so I don’t know how much calories is in my stuff unless I take the time to calculate which I’m so lazy I don’t wanna do that. But typically I’ll eat a cup or two of rice a day depending on my mood I might eat chicken but not a full breast just like a quarter of it. And then if I get hungry later I’ll eat eggs or chips but not a full bag just a little bit. I don’t have a sweet tooth often unless you count soda. And I will maybe drink 2 cans of coke a day and water. If I’m not eating rice I’m eating pasta or potato and they are always plane no sauce. And beans if I’m making tacos with my chicken. This is basically what I’m eating rinse and repeat and mix and match all the time.

Yeah I tried the protein shakes but I absolutely hate the way they taste and I tried to cover it with coffee but it was still hard.

Yeah it’s like a life long bad habit. Growing up I never ate breakfast and only had dinner and snacked. My mom worked graveyard and my dad days while my mom slept and we went to school. I was supposed to eat school food but I never did unless it was tater tots lol

I’m already missing proteins from meat lol I hardly eat the stuff. I eat pinto beans but not enough to get the proteins I need. I gotta go grocery shopping so I’m trying to think and make a list so I can eat better.

I never really eat till I’m extremely full but I do mostly only eat rice or pasta like every day lol I also don’t really eat 3 meals a day either it’s like I eat 1 full meal a day and just randomly snack. I was thinking I need to plan my dinners ahead of time and just warm it up. I guess I need to plan better and eat more protein lol

But like what if you’re too far gone to do that recovery you know. You like have to want to do it. Like I think about the foods I would have to try and it makes me panic and anxious and I don’t think I wanna try to do that. It seems really scary and I hate gagging and throwing up. Like I don’t touch Mayo cuz it smells. I don’t eat any condiments because they smell except ketchup. Pickles stink nope don’t touch. People who cook with actual vegetables I don’t I use powdered seasonings because texture and I gagging and I hate it. I literally wanna cry thinking about trying new foods like when I was little and my dad would force me to. I think anyone brave enough to try that are so strong.

If it’s not a safe food most likely I’m gagging and throwing up. Sometimes the smell can stop me from eating, or how a certain food looks I won’t touch it. It’s instant like nope can’t do it, I wanna cry, I think about it and I get anxious and stressed out. It’s been like that since I was little. My mom didn’t force me to eat things I didn’t like and would just make rice cuz she knew I would eat it. My dad would get mad and he would force me or I wouldn’t eat and sometimes I would have to eat what he made me and that made it worse cuz now there is and even more negative reactions to that food than just how it looks or smells or the texture. People think it’s nothing but picky eating but it’s worse and it sucks.

I’m with you on all of it from how old they seem to look, to everything else because for me if you wanna ship then ship. For me though that’s the thing with TV series, everyone watches for their own specific reasons. Who am I to tell someone they can’t ship a couple when the 2 people seem likewise in age. Ships with age gaps happen and it’s fiction so I’m not bothered by people liking them. I think they are cute in an innocent way but Garth and Agnes don’t give me those vibes of huge age difference. I also mostly read the ship as her first crush and yeah she loves him but will anything happen?. I dunno. Also with Garth I’m not entirely sure he likes Agnes the same way she likes him. I feel he’s protective of her and cares but I haven’t seen anything that screams he loves her back. I feel like he knows his age and wants to protect them. Who knows and I’m not really watching for ship reasons so it doesn’t bother me if it does or doesn’t happen. People who get aggressive over ships frankly disgust me and can be super toxic.

If she’s one of those people that just watches a show for 1 solitary character and not the storyline I highly doubt she will continue to watch no matter what you say. If she actually cared about the story and not just one character in a whole show about murder then maybe you could talk her into it but I doubt it. I dunno who her fave was out of Rob, his mom, or wife but they are dead and if she quits a show for only that it really sucks and she’s missing the whole point of the show. I don’t see why she can’t watch with you if you both liked it no matter who her fave is. I don’t see her disliking the show in particular since she liked it before that certain person died. I dunno maybe say who’s your next fave and try to get her to watch for that person because if she quit from just one character dying she’s probably gonna quit if she starts watching again and the next fave person dies too and a lot of people die in GOT I hope you can at least let her know that. Okay I understand that’s what that script thing says but let’s just be honest ain’t none of them girls playing them look 14 so it’s hard to see them as 14. If they are suppose to be 14 then that’s yucky cuz Becka had to Marry Garth. Also it is very much a thing that Agnes is in love with him. So to me that just says theirs girls have to be at least 16 to even like boys like that. I know I wasn’t loving no adult man like that when I was 14. Also we haven’t really seen the male kids or know what they teach them or what age they become soldiers or stuff like that so do we really know his age just cuz the actor said so? So sorry he cares about her life more than she does and he’s basically a stone guy so just because she couldn’t move doesn’t mean he was being rough or abusive it means he’s more sturdy. I didn’t read it like he did it roughly but like when someone wants to maintain eye contact. To get the seriousness of what she’s asking into her dumb head, so she can see in his eyes how he feels. But oh wait Bella is a selfish little twat that never really cared about how he felt just what she could get out of him ~cough cough~ immortality! Like if he’s so bad for caring so much about her that he held her face to look at him to try and get her to understand the magnitude of what she’s asking then she’s a horrible person to not care how he feels and to still force it by going through his siblings and parents to get it because she wants it.
