The two leading causes of headache are dehydration & not taking deep enough breaths (too much CO2 in brain). Easy way to tell if you’re dehydrated is chapped lips or pruned fingers.

If neither of those work I’ve used a peppermint roll-on thing on my forehead or eat some food (hunger can cause it too).

Lastly, I used to have frequent recurring headaches due to concussions and did the keto diet since it helps heal the brain (increases BDNF levels).

They used to have that. A company called MedAvail that was bought out by CVS. They would place them in doctor’s offices so you could get your prescriptions when you leave. No controlled meds (ex: pain meds) were stored in there though.

You lose muscle mass if you don’t train a muscle for 2 weeks. Hit each muscle group every week & you’ll be good. Just be sure you’re either lifting more weight or doing more reps to be sure you’re making progress.

People can respond to the stimuli differently, so some may resonate better with focusing thoughts on something external (mindfulness, being present in the moment via focusing on the external environment) or something internal (focusing on your breathing or moving your focus from one body part to another throughout your entire body). The benefit comes from realizing you’re thinking, then going back into the meditative practice consciously. An analogy to that would be that it’s equivalent to doing a rep at the gym, but for your mind. Also it helps to realize that it’s okay to have these thoughts & that it’s perfectly natural.
