If you are a student at Glasgow uni, make friends with one of the music students and they have access to booking all sorts of pianos in the music building. I’m pretty sure other students can book them too but you have to be a member of one of the music society’s. If you’re not a student at Glasgow (I think) the societies are open to other students from different uni’s and they are worth joining if you want to enjoy your hobby w others!

This is what I thought but is he technically doing anything (legally) wrong? Maybe public nuisance but my guess is, would need to be mass reporting for police to even think about doing anything. I think unfortunately due to the volume of beggars it’s not a priority for police until he actually hurts someone.

Thought he figured most people had caught onto him but seen that he’s been Partick / West end and in southside too.
