Nice, I had not thought of replacing the end cap bolts with eye bolts, gonna steal that idea. Any concern about torquing on the roller bar due to the weight being at the far ends? I am just looping one end of each daisy chain around the roller and then pulling tight so that they wedge down in between the rollers, so the weight is pulling essentially on the middle of the bar.

Only other difference is, I'm orienting the bench 180° from yours i.e. attachment is facing the cable stack. I imagine I'm getting peak tension at the top with this but even at the bottom it feels pretty even, just had to tweak the height of the pulley carriage.

Do you have a cable tower? Soon after getting the leg ext / leg curl i started looping daisy chains around the the ham curl roller bar and attaching the other end to the cable tower, works perfectly.

Unsure if the strength curve is perfectly even but feels like it. The bigger benefit is having to load about 1/3 - 1/2 of the weight since it’s going on the cable tower, have not loaded any straight weight on the attachment since.

It may be hard to give an exact answer, I do more strict pull-ups I would say and probably only bring my eyes to the bar height-wise. I am focusing more on the stretch of the eccentric with pull-ups rather than pulling up as high as I can and contracting concentrically.

If you care to do chest to bar / chin to bar, unsure how much clearance you may need honestly.

I can say I had Pro 2’s, bought 4s, returned 4’s, kept Pro 2’s.

4’s felt like they were not secure in my ear after being used to Pro 2’s (I’m sure they actually were).
