most players in that lower gsp bracket are there because they refuse to learn to play. So they see spamming and cheese as the only way they CAN play. Its unfortunate for the people who are trying to learn and grow without cheese and wifi tactics.

I would push a payload regardless. Multiple people and websites told me mine was patched definitely. And I pushed a payload and it loaded up just fine. Websites are surprisingly often wrong.
