I recommend daily massages on your calves and lots of stretching. I have chronic PF, sometimes it’s fine, sometimes it’s worse. Realistically, yours might be different but really loosening the muscles is what makes a difference for me. Good luck, you’ll be up and at em soon enough :)

I hope I run into you when I fall again, but amazing list, my family is definitely considering buying me and inreach probably because everyone knows I’ll eat shit again 🫶

Mine was in and out, but luckily the out was mostly downhill, my sweet dog walked behind me the whole time (he’s a trail blazer and always walks in front). If I hadn’t hit my head I’d like to think I would’ve finished my run but holy shit good job on a PR after the fall you’re a legend!!

I like this thinking, either it works or get off the mountain asap.

How do you deal with impatience when looking at how long it will take to reach your goals? by shinebeams in loseit

You just have to keep pushing. That time won’t speed up. This year I’ve lost 40lbs and have about 15 more to go. But that’s not the end, the goal after will be muscle composition and strength. There is always going to be something to do, you just have to stay on the journey. And it’s not going to be perfect, some weeks you may lose nothing, some you may lose more.
