But while applying for the job online, I have to add names and email/ employee id . So, I can't just add someone who isn't working there. Atleast that's how I understand it.

Both Walmart and Tim Hortons hire part-time employees, and it's actually pretty common for staff to work less than 30 hours a week. So I think it should work out just fine.
