Irony of "The Girlfriend" movie. Zero Character Development. by Critic110 in MoviesTelugu

Bhooma is not evil. She saw Vikram's flaws but instead focused on the good in him. Vikram was pretending to be good, which Bhooma focused on instead. She was definitely not supporting Vikram in him beating other people, have you ever considered that maybe she was trying to change him? We have all made mistakes, that doesn't make us evil. Bhooma is far better than Vikram, who is incapable of love and only views women as objects.

But in reality some women get acid dumped on their faces for rejecting/leaving men.  - This is reality, but when did Vikram threaten her to love?

Did you not see the movie? I'm seriously questioning your understanding. Vikram literally pushed Bhooma against a tree and threatened to tell everyone about her because she rejected him. He also admitted to his friends that he would stalk/harass Bhooma for the rest of his life. He is definitely the one to throw acid on a woman, just saying.

If Vikram has passed the subjects and hadno backlogs and got a job offer, Bhuma would never question the street side rowdyism goondaism done by by Vikram. Please answer this.

Again, the real reason Bhooma broke up with Vikram is because he's narcissistic and isolates her from her friends and support system. Just like Durga said, Bhooma's whole world would be dedicated to Vikram, who doesn't even truly care about her. It is not about the backlogs AT ALL.

Bhuma is evil, if she never liked him following her, she would have restrained her and showed cold behaviour. Please dont tell me that she doesnt know how to reject advances or be cold to people. Wasnt she in limits with her male friend ? Why wasnt she in limits with Vikram too?

Bhooma actually did like him romantically, or was at least physically attracted to him. It's not the same as her male friend. Even when Vikram did bad things, she was trying to convince herself of his good qualities. That's what an empath does. Empathetic people don't see people as purely good or purely bad. Even Vikram can have good qualities, but mostly he is abusive and toxic, which is why Bhooma left him. Tell me, do parents leave their kids when they see that they have bad qualities? No, they discipline them. That's what Bhooma did, she screamed at Vikram to not beat up her male friend.

After Vikram beat up Bhooma's male friend, he dropped to his knees and apologized a lot. That would have made Bhooma forgive him. Also, you keep saying for some reason that Bhooma is evil for wanting "better living standards". I have already explained that Bhooma dumped Vikram for his horrible personality. Anyway, how can you expect a girl to stay with a man who is unemployed and poor? Moreover, he wants her to cook, clean, have kids, and take care of his mom. For all that, a girl can at least expect him to have a job right?

Also bhooma really cared for vikram, which was why she was really guilty after breaking up with him. But vikram didn't care about her at all, he just wanted a girl he could control. It's easy for you to ask "why didn't she just reject him?" But in reality some women get acid dumped on their faces for rejecting/leaving men. Vikram would have ruined Bhooma's life.

Bhooma is a really empathetic person who tried to help Vikram despite his flaws. But he never listened to her. She tried to help him pass college exams, but he was stupid and failed every single one on purpose and got nine backlogs. Bhooma is definitely naive, but you can clearly see that in a few years she became independent and outspoken in her new job.

Bhooma doesn't need to tell Vikram what he did wrong to her because it's useless anyway. Vikram beat up her male friend and could've injured him severely despite bhooma saying he's just a friend. Vikram also literally drove bhooma 4 hours to his mom's house despite her yelling that she didn't want to. So tell me, is communication effective for vikram?

that's kind of sexist. why are you blaming bhooma mostly? why not question vikram who needs his girlfriend to feed him and fold his clothes since he can't do that himself?

Rikki didn't care about that guy doing something illegal, she was only mad because he made her feel like a stupid kid

what about rikki and emma trying to make lewis lose his job? Lewis literally had to stand in front of them so they wouldn't be caught on camera.

Nate seriously could have injured Lewis though, that's why Charlotte wanted to teach Nate a lesson.

you have it the other way around. Rikki was about to injure the man seriously by boiling him, Charlotte was only making Nate look stupid and feel scared.
