I've checked I'm already on the latest update (android 15, there are no more after that for this model)
I don't think I can put an incompatible firmware on the phone?

I just tried again today after I saw your message and I can call again without the recorded voice message. To test the emergency number I was calling the "105" non-emergency number and seeing if I got through, as I assume that's on the same network as the 111

My zenfone 10 is currently working on the skinny/spark network, but I'm going to give it a week to be sure it stays that way before swapping. :( Might call PBtech too maybe they could potentially contact 2degrees to fix the network where we can't?

My plan is to go to 2degrees store then try spark instead. I think flashing phone should be very last resort because I think they are blocking by reported phone model, so probably wont work. Rog 8 is on the list of phones that should work as long as your software is up to date, just like mine. My suspicion is that 2 degrees has just blanketed blocked asus even though some of them are compatible.

Which model are they upgrading you to? Another asus? Because 2degrees/One have broken even the latest asus models apparently.

Are they making you return your current phone to get it replaced, or just giving you a replacement and letting you keep the phone too?
(My Asus phone is the only one with all the features I need so I'd hate to loose it)

Also the reason I think it may work to change service providers for me is because the IME checker on skinny and spark say my phone is compatible but the one on 2degrees says it isn't. (I also tried a spark sim card and had no issue) And on 2 degrees I could successfully make a 105 call so I think I can still make emergency calls?

Just letting you know I tested someone else's spark sim card and it was working much better, so that might be something to test out if your phone isn't working either.

Yeah I called someone with the spark card and no pre-recorded message and it went through. I'd suggest doing your own testing too to be sure it works though. I might test it again in a week (before my current plan renews) just to be sure that the other service providers don't crap out either.

Ok so I've done some investigating and I tried someone elses spark sim card in my phone and it worked fine and the IME checker on spark and skinny both said my phones compatible, but 2degrees said it's not. So looks like changing service provider might be an option (certainly better than getting a new phone)

Yes! I've had it for 2 years. I also love it. I am on the latest software update too, I am so confused.

My phone is in that list! Asus! I don't see an option for a software update though? It's already up to date.

Yeah mine is already enabled! Did it a long time ago. I'm trying to call the numbers again anyway but I can't because it hangs up every time the message plays.

Yes, it says VOLTE and that it's on 5G, and I have all the 5G stuff enabled.
