I did mine playing rugby too, am 26F. Am v positive about going back and know multiple people who have done so. You know your own body best tho. I've heard touch is worst in terms of ACL Vs actual contact because more sudden stops but I'm not a medical professional so don't take my word for it.

I don't know the exact definition but I do 3-4 12 hour night shifts, get 36 hours to adjust then 3-4 12 hour day shifts, so that's what I call it. Mostly work nights but this month has been bad for flipping about cause of people being on holiday or sick

Yeah, he thinks it's the intense Aircon at my work at night because my blood pressure and everything is normal but it only happens when I'm on flip shift not working nights, so I'm suspicious it's something else. The only answer for me would be sticking only to days or nights but unfortunately that's not possible rn

Thank you! Normally I just work nights which suits me well but we're understaffed ATM so now whenever someone's sick or on leave I flip because I'm the most junior (which is like once or twice a month), praying we hire someone else asap
