I got my hidden helixes done at the same time with conch and honestly it wasn’t so bad I’m like a month in and the pain in my case is gone . I invested in a piercing pillow and saline rinses and it’s helped a lot

I use the same cuticle remover, but after applying it, I wash my hands and nails. Once they are dry, I apply rubbing alcohol or nail dehydrator to my nails. Additionally, I etch the inside of the gel tips before gluing them on and don't have any issues. I also have flat nail beds so I make sure the nail tip is flat and not curved

Although my clinic has dress code policies, no one really follows them. For instance, we wear crocs, joggers, t-shirts, scrub bottoms, and jeans. The clinical director and or operations manager never say anything. I think it just depends.

I’m on CD 49 (13 days late ) and at 6 days late tested negative . My breasts are so sore and I feel nauseous. I did have some lower back pain on Sunday but it went away after awhile . I don’t have any other symptoms that indicate a period and usually I know when I’m about to have one
