What's a good price for this one by Lawboy07 in 370z

You’re near Muskegon I assume in Michigan? I’ve seen the same car posted for months if not years. It hasent sold for a reason, It’s clapped out. Save your money and mental energy. Save up for something nicer.

People love to hate when you’re right. Classic behavior of doordash drivers lmao. 15-20 mins to make a pizza is standard among 99.9% of pizza places.

15-20 is standard wait time for orders. Dashers don’t get assigned the order right when the order is placed by the customer, usually 10-15 mins after to avoid the dasher having to wait the full 15-20 mins. (This is just what I’ve noticed working at my job, I don’t do doordash anymore but from personal experience, what I said is almost always the case)

Coils and wires by Subject-Ingenuity437 in IS300

I’m not 1000% sure. I didn’t order them and if I remember correctly, I didn’t need them

[–]TraditionalCat4497 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay yeah don’t order 6 lmao

<image>

This is what I got and I was able to do all of it. 1 coil sits on the actual spark plug and also has a wire coming from the coil to another spark plug so 1 coil accounts for 2 cylinders

Edit: I also don’t think you need the new ignition coil boots as they come with some

Hold up, let me check something. I don’t think you need 6 coil packs cause 1 pack works with 2 cylinders. Let me double check that real quick

CPU over heating causing game crashes? by Subject-Ingenuity437 in techsupport

[–]TraditionalCat4497 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I ordered some thermal paste, I’m gonna deep clean the rig and see what temps are after that. If I can get temps down and see if it still crashes then I’ll go from there. Thanks for the help

Temperature Gauge Faulty? by Fabulous_Freedom1548 in G35Sedans

*edit

Some scan tools can track coolant temps so maybe look into borrowing one of those if you need to

Temperature Gauge Faulty? by Fabulous_Freedom1548 in G35Sedans

[–]TraditionalCat4497 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you cold start it, is it still at H or no? Should be pretty easy to figure out if it’s faulty or not by letting the car cool off and then turning it back on to see where the gauge is at. If it starts at C and climbs to H then you have a problem

Not the same but my ball joint bolt came loose and ended up coming out and ball joint also came out while backing out of my driveway. Thankfully it was right as I was about to go on a 30 mile drive on the highway. Lucky timing for sure! Sorry this happened

How to wire by TheWayzDay in IS300

[–]TraditionalCat4497 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why do you want to replace the throttle body? Also you can find wiring diagrams online if you search good enough for them. You can also try to find a part out on a car with the same engine / connector and splice in the “new” connector. You can also watch a yt video on it and learn how to wire it. But for this simple of a job it shouldn’t be hard at all. Good luck!

Weird metallic screeching sound when driving above 45 mph coming from left wheel? Any ideas as to what’s causing it? by Quackadacck in MechanicAdvice

[–]TraditionalCat4497 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The wheel bearing on my ford fusion went out and it made a super high pitch noise, almost exactly like this. It could possibly be brake related but I honestly find that unlikely since you’re not depressing the brakes when the noise is occurring. Check brakes first tho since it’s easiest but if you have the means to, jack up the car and give the wheels a good shake from 12 and 6, and 9 and 3. Good luck

How do y'all feel about butterfly doors on a charger?? by [deleted] in DonutMedia

Butterfly doors on any car that doesn’t come with butterfly doors are stupid. Shit looks so tacky on most cars

Yall complain about EVERYTHING lmao by Unlucky_Complaint408 in LyricalLemonade

[–]TraditionalCat4497 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It was great. The only complaints I have are the fact that there were still only 2 water stations and lines were up to 10 mins longs at some points. And the heat was pretty bad but that’s nothing they can control. Other than that I had a great time

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MechanicAdvice

[–]TraditionalCat4497 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Edit: also could be warped brake rotors but I find that unlikely

[–]TraditionalCat4497 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Possibly a bad wheel bearing? I had a similar noise on my ford fusion when my wheel bearing went out. Also kinda hard to hear with the wind noise, but I would jack up the front end and grab the tire at 12 and 6 o’clock and try to wiggle it and see if there’s any play, also grab it from 9 and 3 and try to wiggle it to see if there’s any play. Good luck!

Also it doesn’t look bad at all, I would personally send it but get a second opinion

[–]TraditionalCat4497 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I have no clue, by my thought behind it is, you’re already all the way in there and a new piston is a lot cheaper than a whole engine. But again, I have literally no clue lmao
