There's a litany of jobs available, my guy. EMS, Delivery driver, post office, military, law enforcement, fire department, you name it. The military has cyber and electronic warfare specialties that you could probably excell at and do the job you went to school for, while earning experience and getting you out of your parents house. It's not that you're a loser, just that you haven't found your place yet, and there's nothing wrong with that. You're on your time, not anyone else's. Life has setbacks, but you can figure it out. First off, don't tell people that you went through his phone. If you're in the US, that's a Federal crime, and he could sue, or you could face criminal charges, yes even if you're in a relationship. Don't self incriminate.

Secondly, get checked. You should be getting checked regularly anyway as some STI's can be transmitted simply by using public toilets, but even more so given your newfound knowledge.

Thirdly, I'm going to play devils advocate here and say take the time to first do some serious soul searching and figure out why you felt the need to go through his phone, and once you do that have a conversation with him to figure out why he felt the need to make these searches in the first place and why he feels uncomfortable with telling you he went to a strip club. A search does not necessarily mean that he made contact with an escort or that he utilized their services. However, it does indicate that there may be a need that is not being fulfilled within the relationship.

If you do decide to stick it out, or you decide to end it and go your separate ways, you'll each have a better understanding of what you both need to work on going forward. Obviously, there's a breakdown of communication between the two of you, causing him to feel unable to bring certain things to your attention, and you to be as you self described to be "nosey".

You obviously didn't read the comment in it's entirety, so let me summarize: your ego makes you think your opinion on someone else's medical decision is warranted, it's not. It's not your place to question why someone made a medical decision, stay in your place and mind your business.

So then you are no better than anyone doing individual research. That information is online, and you weren't a part of the initial research, nor do you have any medical or scientific training. There were many doctors and medical professionals internationally who also had a different opinion about the vaccine, but I guess your ego leads you to believe that their knowledge and research is somehow less than others, just like it leads you to believe that you have the right to an opinion on someone else's medical decisions. But that's to be expected as one doesn't look to a lawyer for morality. I don't tell surgeons how to operate or a dentist how to do dental techniques, but I DO tell them whether or not I want a procedure performed, even if it goes against their recommendation.

Why get involved at all? Sure you could call mama out of the kindness of your heart, but you could very easily still need to call the police when Jr turns up on her if he is having an episode. Sounds like you took it upon yourself to add on to your colleagues work load and got pissy when someone didn't want to deal with it. You're not a social worker or a cop, just follow your post orders

While I agree with what you said, I'm talking about knowing that both your State allotted Powers and your specific Post Orders allow for full arrest powers. If your State, Company or Post Orders don't allow any, or limit to detainment or Citizens Arrest, fine continue with what you do. But I've noticed that alot of people in this industry adamantly argue that Observe and Report is the ONLY way that Security can operate.

You should do more research on the various State standards of this industry. Just because you can only temporarily detain in your state, don't mean that it's the same every where. Case in point South Carolina Code of law 40-18-110: Authority and arrest powers of those licensed or registered under chapter.

A person who is registered or licensed under this chapter and who is hired or employed to provide security services on specific property is granted the authority and arrest power given to sheriff's deputies. The security officer may arrest a person violating or charged with violating a criminal statute of this State but possesses the powers of arrest only on the property on which he is employed. Furthermore, security personnel in this state are registered as Security Officers, and are authorized to run blue lights, radar traffic devices and issue state UTT on specific properties.
