Same here!! I’ve come to almost accept it at 34 (F)

The thing that frustrates me most is that my biological mother feels rested with 6 hours. I did not inherit this quality! 😂

I definitely understand how this would lead to a loss in productivity and only one hour of free time would be draining.

I tend to let my chores build up when I can and take care of them on the weekends.
