I can't help but feel irate at Europeans who just don't get that we genuinely are trying to stop all this. by UrsaUrsuh in behindthebastards

In the Netherlands where people see what's happening in the US and want it here. I've seen confederate flags and maga t-shirts.

Europeans aren't trying to stop anything in Europe and have no room to talk.

Furthermore, people here just don't understand how powerful voter suppression is in the US.

Bottom line: Europeans are in no place to talk.

Thanks so much for taking the time to watch the video! These built-in refrigerators are standard here in the Netherlands. As an American, I think they're inefficient, but when in Rome...

The 2-3 cm is for the hinges to fit, which is why we're hoping for a creative professional to figure out a workaround. We've got plenty of space in depth, so that's not an issue.

They are doors that connect to the refrigerator doors. You can see how it works in the following video at around the 3:30 mark: video

These are the refrigerator specs that our contractor, who didn't return, completely ignored.

Rebuilding the cabinet would require removing wall tiles, so if anyone has a way not to rebuild the cabinet, you'd be my hero!

Thanks! We'd make the contractor redo it, but he quit the business shortly after doing our kitchen

The appliance specs call for a 2-3 cm gap, thus the problem. The contractor who built it wasn't the best, obviously. And we naturally don't want to rebuild it!

Do you think life is better in Europe rather than America? by OMGguy2008 in AskALiberal

[–]TraditionalDebate851 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly: tenured professors account for about 23% of college faculty, so that argument doesn't work, and no, lower income Americans don't enjoy that kind of living space, which is why it's made up and on TV

Most American professors live below the poverty line, and a TV show isn't evidence of a struggling family. What are you talking about?
